Mardi Gras Party

Last Tuesday Tim and Kristi hosted a Mardi Gras Party! They had a delicious assortment of food- (as always!) crab rangoon, hush puppies, cajun shrimp, crab cakes, dips, drinks, and a Mardi Gras cake. It was a fun night with friends and all the kids!

For Valentine's Day weekend we attended John and Meredith's wedding in Laurel. Bryan was a groomsman, and we had a great time! We kept busy attending the rehersal, swimming at the motel, getting ready for the wedding, reception dinner, and dance. We also visited a few friends and did some shopping before coming home. Congratulations John and Meredith!

Making "Allentown Rolls" with Grandma Rubel

Grandma Rubel was nice enough to come over while Mom & Kurt were here to make her famous rolls with us. It's a good thing she did! From the list of ingredients, mine never would have turned out the way hers always do, so light and fluffy. She baked for the restraunt at Ninepipes for years, and anyone who has eaten there has had her wonderful rolls. Thank you Grandma!

Sledding

Issac loves his sled! We finally have some snow that hasn't blown into drifts, so we have been going everywhere in the sled. The only problem is, he never wants to get out!
